1. This offer will be not be valid on Alcoholic Beverages and for any other service and facility apart from Published Room Tariff and Food as mentioned in the offer.

3. This offer will not apply on the following Bookings Banquet Hall, Lawn Space, Group/ Corporate/Marriage Bookings & Special Seasonal Room Packages Super Holiday, Summer Offer, Monsoon Offer, Winter Offer etc
4. Please make a reservation minimum of 10 days in advance by sending a mail to info.tf.ibiza@fernhotels.com IBIZA will send across a confirmation mail subject to availability of the rooms. In case of non-availability of rooms at the specified date, alternate date options will be provided by IBIZA.
5. A maximum of 4 rooms can be booked at a time for any single day.
6. Check-in Time is 12 noon & Check-out time is 11 am. Please provide original Govt ID Proof Voter Card / Passport / Driving Licence / Aadhar Card along with the print-out of the Reservation confirmation sent by IBIZA for smooth Check-in at the Resort.
7. Outside food & beverages are strictly prohibited inside the Resort premises
8. Damage charge/s will be applicable in case any damage of linen, glassware and/ or any resort property are made by any guest knowingly or unknowingly. These charges will have to be settled before Check-out.
9. Swimming Pool Policy Swimming is allowed only with proper swimming costumes. Guests can carry their own swimming costumes or purchase from the Resort. The Resort does not provide swimming costumes on hire.
10. Please inform the outlet about your intent to use the Club Solitaire Offer before billing
11. Click on Get Code on your t3 Mobile App to generate a unique code for redemption of this offer or remember to present your Club Solitaire Membership Card to avail of the offer
12. Display the Code generated and auto-saved in My Coupons section of this App or your Club Solitaire Membership Card at the outlet before billing
13. Club Solitaire offers will be extended only against valid Coupon Codes or against a valid Club Solitaire Card as the case maybe
14. Screen shots of the Mobile App screen or photocopies of the Club Solitaire Card will not be accepted
15. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer/s or promotion/s
